Who We Are
As a small, relationship-driven design firm, True Muse Interiors works with a carefully cultivated circle of trusted craftspeople, contractors, fabricators, and specialty vendors. Our partners include exceptional local and independent businesses—many small, diverse, and women-owned—providing services such as custom upholstery, furniture refinishing, drapery and window treatments, construction, painting, specialty finishes, and more. These close working relationships are complemented by far-reaching associations with furniture, lighting, textile, art, and home-furnishing vendors, allowing us to source across a wide range of styles and price points and find the right balance of quality, craftsmanship, beauty, and value for every project.
Linda Solotaire
Principal I Lead Designer
Linda Solotaire is the Principal and Lead Designer of True Muse Interiors, bringing together years of residential interior design experience with a lifelong career in the arts. Her approach is grounded in the belief that a successful interior should be more than beautiful—it should feel personal, function effortlessly, and reflect the lives, tastes, and stories of the people who inhabit it.
Linda brings an artist’s eye to the design process, with an intuitive understanding of color, composition, proportion, texture, and the relationship between art and environment. Her background as a performing artist, curator, producer, and creative director informs a collaborative and highly individualized approach to each project. Rather than imposing a particular style, she listens closely, helping clients discover and refine their own aesthetic while creating spaces that feel cohesive, sophisticated, and distinctly their own.
As Principal and Lead Designer of True Muse Interiors, Linda works with clients on projects ranging from focused consultations and room transformations to renovations and full-service residential design. She combines creative vision with practical problem-solving, thoughtful sourcing, and attention to the details that make a home both beautiful and livable. For Linda, the best interiors are not simply designed—they are composed around the people who call them home.
